THE MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO THE WORLD-CLASS STANDARD SCHOOL QUALITY AT HOT PITTAYAKHOM SCHOOL UNDER SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The management according to the school quality system enhances the quality of educational and personnel management. The personnel will be able to think, act and solve problems wisely and be prepared for the globalized economic. The objective of this research was to study the management according to the World-Class Standard School Quality at Hotpittayakhom School. Populations of the study were comprised of administrators and teachers of Hotpittayakhom School altogether 58 persons. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted for data collection. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and content analysis were used for data analysis.

              The study was found that Hotpittayakhom School administrative with world-class standard school was over all at a high level. When considering each aspect of administrative, ranking average value from maximum to minimum, they were human resource, learning process, strategy planning, organization leading, learning management assessment, and learning center and stake holders focusing, respectively. In terms of its administrative methodology, Hotpittayakhom School should establish its vision accordance with basic school’s information and stake holders requirement as the same as having clear and systematically strategy planning by taking consideration of the requirement of its stake holders. For planning on analytical assessment of knowledge management, it should be based on its vision, mission, goal, and quality indicators derived from the agency of original affiliation with the school, from the Office of Nation Education Standards and Quality Assessment (Public Organization) and from the integration of the world-class quality indicators. For working process and school competency assessment, it had to be concrete with all stake holders participation. The suggestions were as follows, there should be the study of factors enhance the success of management according to the World-Class Standard School Quality at Hotpittayakhom School and there should be the comparison of the management of the World-Class Standard School Quality at Hotpittayakhom School with the World- Class Standard Private School in Chiang Mai.
