COMPARISON IN STUDENT LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT BETWEEN USING STATIC INFOGRAPHICS AND MOTION INFOGRAPHICS TECHNIQUES IN SUBJECT BUDDHIST DAYS FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) to compare student learning achievement between using Static Infographics and Motion Infographics Techniques in a subject of Buddhist Days for middle school student and 2) to explore the students’ satisfaction toward the medias that integrated usages of Static Infographics and Motion Infographics Techniques in a Subject of Buddhist Days Subject for middle school student. The samples were middle school students who enrolled in the second semester of the academic year 2017 at Wat Lad Phraow school. Those students were divided into 2 groups by using Simple Random Sampling method. Each group contained 75 participants and they studied by using Static Infographics and Motion Infographics medias. Research tools also included Static Infographics and Motion Infographics medias, pre-posttests and satisfaction questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test The results of the study revealed 1) The Comparison of student achievement at Learning between Static Infographics and Motion Infographics medias in a subject of Buddhist Days found that students with Static Infographics have score higher than students with Motion Infographics medias at the significance level of 0.05 and 2) Student’s satisfaction scores toward in Motion Infographics techniques were higher than Static Infographics techniques.
