บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับของปัจจัยด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอน และระดับการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในเขตบางกะปิ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในเขตบางกะปิ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างด้วยตารางสำเร็จรูปของทาโร ยามาเน ที่ความคลาดเคลื่อน 5% เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .872 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการเรียนการสอน โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และระดับการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ปัจจัยด้านการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ ด้านตัวผู้สอนและด้านเทคโนโลยี และด้านการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมออนไลน์ และด้านความง่ายในการเข้าถึง เป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับการบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ ในเขตบางกะปิ กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
