Workplace Spirituality and Self-esteem Affecting The Performance of Employee A Case of Pioneer Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., LTD

The objectives of this research are to study the Workplace Spirituality and Self-esteem Affecting the Performance of Employee, A case of Pioneer Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., LTD. The research instrument for this study was the questionnaire. The sample in this study was 336 people. The data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistic for multiple regression analysis.
The study found that the overall opinion of Pioneer Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., LTD employee’s workplace spirituality and self-esteem affecting the performance of employees was high level. The Workplace Spirituality and Self-esteem Affecting the Performance of Employee, A case of Pioneer Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., LTD with statistically of 0.05 and 0.01
When considering the details of each factor in each of the following aspects was found that
1) Workplace spirituality affecting the performance of an employee with statistically of 0.05
2) Self-esteem affecting the performance of an employee with statistically of 0.05 3) These factors together predicted the performance of employee for 39 percent and the equation model was
Y = 1.25 + 0.30(X1) + 0.44(X2)
