This academic article focuses on the study of applying Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) concepts to health promotion projects. The aim of the implementation is that the project managers and their staff can do their own self -assessment and set the objectives and results of the projects in accordance with the ultimate goals of organization providing fund. However, in the age of disruptive technology, they must also adapt themselves to keep up with the rapidly changing society. The main obstacle is that the project managers lack of exactly knowledge about setting goal, objective, output and outcome, including data collection according to result indicators. The perfect understanding will lead them to use OKRs as a project management tool. It is suggested that project managers and their staff should be trained in project proposal development, evaluation, and application of OKRs.
