This research aims to develop the information system for decision-making of SMEs: Business plan and feasibility study in order to evaluate the information system from the users for the online business plan of SMEs entrepreneurs based on the concept of the components of the business plan and business administration. Data was collected via the online assessment of information system from 200 SMEs’ entrepreneurs in Thailand. The results show that the overall satisfaction with the information system of the majority of SMEs entrepreneurs is at the highest level (rating mean = 4.83, S.D. = 0.54). When specific aspects of the system are considered, the most satisfied aspect is the efficiency of the system (rating mean = 4.86, S.D. = 0.35), followed by the feasibility of the system (rating mean = 4.85, S.D. = 0.14), and the utilization aspect (rating mean = 4.81, S.D. = 0.95), respectively. The business plan developed by writing via the information system can increase the capability of the SME businesses to make sustainable decision making. As for guidelines for SMEs decision-making, good business plan should focus on development as follows: 1) Providing the basic knowledge of business administration related to the information systems in order to apply the knowledge as the application tools to solve the business problems in time. 2) Providing workshops on the access to the sources of funding and load applications and focusing on sustainable potential development at both the micro-economics and macro-economics of the country. 3) There should be the system for monitoring, evaluating and using all data to develop the information system to meet the criteria according to the needs of the users to bring the information to summarize the problems to be able to solve, which will make SME business become more sustainable business in the future.
