รูปแบบการประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋ว (Micro Business) ของผู้เกษียณอายุภาคอุตสาหกรรม ในอำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของผู้เกษียณอายุภาคอุตสาหกรรมในอำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋วของผู้เกษียณอายุภาคอุตสาหกรรม 3) ศึกษารูปแบบการประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋วที่เหมาะสม และ 4) เสนอรูปแบบการประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋วสำหรับ ผู้เกษียณอายุภาคอุตสาหกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณคือผู้เกษียณอายุที่อาศัยอยู่บริเวณ โดยรอบโรงงานในแต่ละตำบลในอำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 327 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักใน การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ จำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิง ลึก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยการใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์และการสังเคราะห์ผลข้อมูลสำคัญ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เกษียณอายุภาคอุตสาหกรรมส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สถานะสัญญาจ้างการทำงานในปัจจุบันสิ้นสุดงานตามสัญญาจ้าง ระยะ เวลาการทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม 16-20 ปี มีประสบการณ์ในกลุ่มงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเป็นช่างฝีมือ ประสบการณ์ทำงานในกลุ่มประเภทโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะ สถานะมีงานทำหลังเกษียณอายุ เป็นแรงงานนอกระบบ มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนหลังเกษียณอายุ 3,001-9,000 บาท แหล่งที่มาของรายได้จากการ ทำงานเป็นหลักของครอบครัว มีความต้องการมีงาน เหตุผลสำคัญในการมีรายได้หลังเกษียณอายุมีรายได้แบ่งเบา ภาระครอบครัว ประเภทธุรกิจที่มีความต้องการประกอบธุรกิจค้าขายทั้ง online และ offline และระดับความ คิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋วของผู้เกษียณอายุภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.48) เมื่อพิจารณาค่าเฉลี่ยเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อยเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ในระดับมากคือ ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน การประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋ว (
= 3.83) ด้านความรู้แห่งความสำเร็จในการประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋ว (
= 3.63) ด้าน ความรู้เทคโนโลยีในการประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋ว (
= 3.58) และในระดับน้อยคือด้านแรงจูงใจและแรงบันดาลใจในการประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋ว (
= 2.88) ตามลำดับ สำหรับผลการศึกษารูปแบบการประกอบธุรกิจรายจิ๋วที่ส่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เกษียณอายุภาคอุตสาหกรรม ได้แก่ การมีพฤติกรรมทีมุ่งมั่นในการศึกษาค้นคว้าสร้างชุดความรู้ที่ตนถนัดเพื่อการประกอบธุรกิจและการใช้เครื่องมือทางเทคโนโลยีเพื่อความคล่องตัวรวมถึงการมีเครือข่ายส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้การประกอบธุรกิจมีความเข้มแข็ง
