บทคัดย่อ
ป ัจจุบันอัตราการขยายตัวของเมืองและประชากรที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น ทำให้รูปแบบพักอาศัยของคนเมือง มีการปรับเปลี่ยน เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเศรฐกิจและการเติบโตของเมืองจากบ้านเดี่ยวสู่การเป็นอาคารชุดพักอาศัย บทความเรื่อง ความเสี่ยงต่อการปฏิบัติงานของผู้จัดการอาคารชุดพักอาศัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทาง ให้ผู้จัดการชุดพักอาศัยได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและหลีกเลี่ยงความเสี่ยงต่อการปฏิบัติงานที่ส่งผลกระทบ ในแง่ลบต่อการทำงาน ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับความหมาย ความสำคัญ ประเภทของความเสี่ยง ภาระหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของผู้จัดการอาคารชุดพักอาศัยและปัจจัยความเสี่ยงต่อการปฏิบัติงานของผู้จัดการอาคาร ชุดพักอาศัย โดยหวังว่าบทความนี้ก่อเกิดประโยชน์ต่อนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดพักอาศัย ผู้จัดการอาคารชุดพักอาศัย เจ้าของร่วมอาคารชุดพักอาศัยที่จะนำาองค์ความรู้ ประโยชน์ คุณค่าของบทความนี้ไปพัฒนาต่อยอดการบริหารและ การจัดการอาคารชุดพักอาศัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพและได้รับประสิทธิผลยิ่งขึ้น
