OPERATIONS RISK OF CONDOMINIUM MANAGER

Abstract
Nowadays, the increasing rates of urbanization and population growth are causing the urban housing model to adjust in order to comply with the economy and the growth of the city from a single house to a condominium. This article entitled “Work Performance Risks of Condominium Managers” has the objective to propose guidelines for condominium managers to realize the importance of work performance risks that could adversely affect work performance and how to avoid them. The article contains the contents about the meaning of risk, significance of risk, types of risk, obligations and responsibilities of the condominium manager, and the risk factors in work performance of the condominium manager. It is hoped that this article will benefit the condominium juristic persons, condominium managers, and condominium co-owners by enabling them to apply the body of knowledge, benefits and value of this article to improve the efficiency of condominium management to make it more effective.
