บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพคู่มือศูนย์การเรียนรู้การเกษตรตามหลักทฤษฎีใหม่ของนายสำรอง แตงพลับ 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้คู่มือในการเสริมความรู้เกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและทฤษฎีใหม่ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อคู่มือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจากผู้เข้าศึกษาดูงาน ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้การเกษตรตามหลักทฤษฎีใหม่ของนายสำรอง แตงพลับ จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ คู่มือประจำศูนย์การเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการใช้คู่มือและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อคู่มือ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสถิติ t แบบกลุ่มไม่อิสระต่อกัน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คู่มือที่ได้รับการพัฒนาขึ้นผ่านเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 80.44/82.66 เนื้อหาภายในคู่มือประกอบด้วยปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ทฤษฎีใหม่และกิจกรรมการประยุกต์ใช้ภายในศูนย์เรียนรู้ ผลการเปรียบเทียบความรู้ก่อนและหลังการใช้คู่มือพบว่า ผู้ใช้มีความรู้หลังการใช้คู่มือสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้คู่มืออย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมต่อคู่มือในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจต่อเนื้อหาและการออกแบบรูปเล่มมากที่สุด แสดงให้เห็นว่าคู่มือมีประสิทธิภาพเพียงพอในการใช้เป็นเอกสารประกอบการศึกษาดูงาน ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ศูนย์การเรียนรู้การเกษตรตามหลักทฤษฎีใหม่ของนายสำรอง แตงพลับ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้เกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและทฤษฎีใหม่ รวมทั้งการประยุกต์ใช้หลักทฤษฎีดังกล่าวสำหรับผู้ที่สนใจทั้งในด้านกิจกรรมการเกษตรและการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน
