THE EFFECTS OF FLIPPED CLASSROOM COMBINATION WITH LECTURE-BASED METHOD ON LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN THE FARM MANAGEMENT COURSE OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS IN THE FARM TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Abstract
This research aimed to study the effect of Flipped Classroom Combination with Lecture-Based Method on Learning Achievement in The Farm Management Course approach on 36 students from Farm Management subject in semester 2 (2.1/2559) were selected by purposive sampling. The experimental instruments consisted of lesson plans by using 4 plans of Flipped Classroom 4 plan 1) Comprehension and summarization 2) Search engine 3) Teamwork skills and 4) presentation. The duration of the experiment was ten periods over a span of ten weeks. The experimental research was conducted by using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data was analyzed by mean; standard deviation and t-test for dependent group.
The results were shown as follows: students learned by using Flipped Classroom approach had the students mean score of the post-test achievement higher than the pre-test mean score at the significant level of .01. The satisfaction of students towards learned by using Flipped Classroom Combination with Lecture-Based Method on Learning Achievement in The Farm Management Course. The highest level of satisfaction was found. Is the method of using video (VDO) in teaching (4.43 ± 0.55) and the lowest level of satisfaction from online lesson through e-learning (4.11 ± 0.46).
