Abstract

This paper aims to explain the role of human resource management that can have the effects on employee attitudes and behaviors based on the internal branding concept. The human resource management to connect with the outcome of the internal branding creation and the practice of human resource management were the following: the integrative human resource management, the development of efficiency of employee training, the determination of motivating remuneration, the efficient dissemination of data to employees, and the determination of employee screening method that is consistent with the brand obligation.
