FACTORS INFLUENCE ON THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BEHAVIORAL AND BALANCE IN SCHOOL AND WORK LIFE OF FACULTY OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION STUDENTS, PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study 1) The financial management behavioral and balance in school and work life 2) Factors Influence on the financial management behavioral and balance in school and work life. The sample used in this study students are studying at faculty of business administration, private higher education institution. The 300 students were collected by using a stratified random sampling technique. Research instruments using a measure cause and effect variables on the financial management behavioral and balance in school and work life of faculty of business administration students. The questionnaire was a
5-level Rating scale, consisted of 6 instruments. The Item-Total Correlation was between 0.20 to 0.87 and the reliability with alpha coefficients Confidence value were 0.85, 0.86, 0.90, 0.92, 0.84 and 0.94 respectively. Descriptive statistical and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used. The result revealed that:
1. The sample’s mean score of the financial management behavioral was in high Level. Predictably, financial management behavioral is decisively important to Sufficiency mental traits (modesty, rationality, and mental immunity), to see a good example from the family and seeing an example of an individual or group of people from the mass media. The predictive value significantly the financial management behavioral (R2 = 40).
2. The sample’s mean score of the balance in school and work life was in high Level. Predictably, financial management behavioral is decisively important to Sufficiency mental traits (modesty, rationality, and mental immunity), to see a good example from the family, seeing an example of an individual or group of people from the mass media and Social support from University/Institute. The predictive value significantly the balance in school and work life (R2 = 60).
