THE SCHOOL-ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT MODEL FOCUS ON LEARNING OUTCOMES TO CREATE THE ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCES IN THE FUTURE WORLD

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the current condition, desirable condition, and needs management requirements of educational institutions to create a school management model. It also aims to evaluate this model using questionnaires administered to administrators, faculty members, and staff, as well as school committee members from eight institutions, totaling 176 individuals. Data analysis was conducted using the mean, standard deviation, and PNImodified. The school-enterprise management model was created with the use of a structured interview form to interview nine experts the results of which were analyzed with content analysis. After that, the created school-enterprise management model was evaluated with the use of an accuracy and feasibility assessment form to ask the opinions of 27 stakeholders. The data were analyzed using the mean and standard deviation.


As for the results of the study, it has been found that the current condition is at the moderate level, the desirable condition is at the highest level, and the needs requirements include a Collegial Management Model. The model created is called “The Collegial Management Model for Entrepreneurship-Driven School Management to Foster Learning Outcomes for Entrepreneurial Competencies in the Future World”. It comprises four principles: (1) Sustainable Development Principle, (2) Involvement and Networking Principle, (3) School-based Management Principle, and (4) Shared Space and Resource Management Principle. Additionally, there are three objectives related to managing schools to foster learning outcomes for entrepreneurial competencies in the future world, along with eight management components that characterize the collaborative management model. The model’s accuracy and feasibility were found to be high.
