The Establishment of a Community Rice Mill Enterprise in Tambon Thungyai

Abstract
The aim of this study is to study the establishment of a community enterprise rice mill for the operators to restore a community rice mills of Tambon Thungyai administration organization which went out of business in the year 2549. After survey fields trip, data collection by observation and interview of unofficial members. It was found that the area has preparedness to operate as most members are satisfied that participated, representing 80 percent due to spending their free time usefully and earning the additional income. As well as making new relationships with members. The feasibility study of investment on rice mills by analyze rate of return of the investment, showed that the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) at 43.27%, the NPV (Net Present Value) is amounted to 267,190 baht. It could be concluded that this project is feasibility of investment.
