การสร้างทักษะเชิงสร้างสรรค์และพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรมของพนักงานโรงแรมในช่วงการฟื้นฟูหลังภาวะโควิด-19 กรณีศึกษา จังหวัดภูเก็ต

บทคัดย่อ

         แม้ว่าประเทศไทยได้เปิดประเทศอย่างเสรี ธุรกิจโรงแรมในจังหวัดภูเก็ตยังต้องมีการปรับตัว ภายใต้ภาวะการแข่งขันที่สูงขึ้น อันเนื่องมาจากรายได้ของจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวที่เข้ามายังไม่สูงขึ้นเมื่อเทียบกับก่อนวิกฤติ ประกอบกับปัญหากับความไม่แน่นอนจากสภาวะภายนอก รวมถึงการเผชิญหน้ากับต้นทุนในเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงาน ทำให้ธุรกิจโรงแรมต้องมาเน้นทักษะเชิงสร้างสรรค์และพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรม เพื่อให้ธุรกิจสามารถปรับตัวและจัดการกับโอกาสและความท้าทายภายใต้ความไม่แน่นอน จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกภายใต้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพกับผู้ประกอบการและผู้จัดการธุรกิจโรงแรมจำนวน 19 คนในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทักษะเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจ คือ ทักษะการสร้างแรงจูงใจและการสื่อสาร ในขณะที่พนักงานโรงแรมจำเป็นต้องมีทักษะความสามารถในการทำงานหลากหลายอย่าง และทักษะดิจิทัลถือเป็นทักษะที่สำคัญที่สุด ในขณะที่พฤติกรรมในการตื่นตัวและปรับตัว ถือเป็นพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรมสำหรับการทำงานในธุรกิจโรงแรมในช่วงการฟื้นฟูหลังภาวะโควิด-19
