Abstract
This study aims to propose a sustainable development approach for social entrepreneurs in community enterprise based on intellectual capital, creating shared value, and organizational agility. Utilizing qualitative methods, including unstructured interviews and purposive sampling, data were collected from community leaders and officials in the Andaman region (Phuket, Phang Nga, Krabi) and analyzed through content analysis.
Findings suggest that individual and organizational capacity development is rooted in the community's strengths, particularly natural resources, enhanced by intellectual capital. This fosters cultural and social capital, leading to organizational agility and the establishment of a marketable regional identity. Social community entrepreneurship emphasizes social and environmental responsibility, knowledge transfer, innovation, community relations, proactive efforts, and risk management, all contributing to an improved quality of life. For sustainable operations, balancing economic, social, environmental, operational, and financial aspects is crucial, guided by principles of good governance, including morality, rule of law, transparency, participation, efficiency, and accountability, ensuring long-term stability and success for community enterprises.
