Authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the journal's format before submitting them through the Online Submission system. Upon successful submission, authors will receive an automatic confirmation email (please check your Junk Mail folder).
The editorial board will conduct an initial review to assess the completeness and quality of the manuscript, in accordance with the journal's policies. The editorial board reserves the right to accept or reject manuscripts at this stage.
If the editorial board decides to reject a manuscript, authors will be notified promptly. If the manuscript is accepted for review, it will be sent to at least three expert reviewers in the relevant field, following a double-blind review process. Reviewer recommendations may include:

The editorial board will make the final decision regarding publication, either requesting revisions or rejecting the manuscript.
The editorial board will review revised manuscripts for compliance with reviewer and editorial board recommendations, including formatting, language, and citation accuracy. Authors may be required to make further corrections before publication. The journal will only accept manuscripts for publication after citation accuracy has been verified.
The editorial board reserves the right to make formatting corrections. Acceptance of manuscripts for publication is at the discretion of the editorial board, which assumes no responsibility for the content or accuracy of published articles.
The decision of the editorial board is final.

1. Initial Review by the Editorial Board: Upon receipt of a manuscript, the editorial board will conduct an initial review to assess formatting, alignment of objectives and results, clarity of content, academic accuracy, citation style, and instances of duplication/plagiarism. Manuscripts that do not meet formatting requirements or exceed the journal's plagiarism threshold will be rejected.
2. Review by Expert Reviewers (Round 1): Manuscripts that pass the initial review will be sent to at least three expert reviewers from institutions different from the author's.
3. Manuscript Revision: Authors will receive reviewer feedback via email. Manuscripts will only be accepted for publication if they receive a "Accept Submission" recommendation from all reviewers.
4. Review by Expert Reviewers (Round 2) (If any): Revised manuscripts will be sent to expert reviewers for a second review.
5. Final Review by the Editors and Editorial Board: The editors and editorial board will review revised manuscripts for compliance with reviewer recommendations, including content and citations.
6. Acceptance and Publication: Upon final approval, the journal will issue an acceptance letter and publish the manuscript on the journal's website.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word version 97 or later.
Page Setup: Set the page size to A4 with a top margin of 4 centimeters, and bottom, left, and right margins of 2.54 centimeters each.
Font and Formatting:
For Thai articles, use TH SarabunPSK font.
For English articles, use Times New Roman font.
Use a font size of 16 points.
The article length should be between 10 to 20 pages.
Number all pages in the upper right corner.
Use 1.15 line spacing.
Justify the text using "Thai distributed" alignment.
Format the document in a single-column layout.
Article Title: The article title, in both Thai and English, should be centered on the first page, using 20-point bold font.
Author Name(s): The author's name(s), in both Thai and English, should be right-aligned on the first page, using 16-point font.
Author Affiliation(s): The author's affiliation(s), in both Thai and English, should be included as a left-aligned footnote on the first page, using 12-point font. Include the corresponding author's email address.
Abstract:
The abstract, in both Thai and English, should be left-aligned.
The heading "Abstract" should be in 18-point bold font.
The abstract content should have a 1-centimeter first-line indent and use 16-point font.
Keywords:
Keywords, in both Thai and English, should be left-aligned.
Provide 3 to 5 keywords, using 16-point font.
Article Content: The article content should be left-aligned, with the following formatting:
Main headings: 18-point bold font.
Subheadings: 16-point bold font, with a 1-centimeter first-line indent.
Body text: 16-point font, with a 1-centimeter first-line indent.
Research Articles: Research articles should include the following main sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Conclusion and Discussions, Recommendations, and References, or other relevant sections as appropriate.
Academic and Review Articles: Academic and review articles should include the following main sections: Introduction, Content, Conclusion, and References, or other relevant sections as appropriate.
Book Reviews: Book reviews should include the following main sections: Bibliographic information of the reviewed book with the book cover, and the review content, or other relevant sections as appropriate.
Tables:
Table titles should be in 16-point bold font, placed above the table and left-aligned.
Table source information should be placed below the table and left-aligned.
Figures and Charts:
Figure and chart titles should be in 16-point bold font, placed below the figure or chart.
Source information should be centered below the figure or chart.
References:
All references must be written in English.
