Abstract
The purposes of this research are: 1) To study the collaboration development of elderly school in Lampang Province 2) To be promoting happy networking concept in Lampangelderly school 3) To be strategy development in Lampang elderly school.
This research is a quality research; Participatory research (PAR) and networking concept in elderly school. It 2 parts is input and output to promote collaboration in elderly school networking.
This research resulted in innovation in caring for the elderly in emotional health for the elderly in the elderly school in activities and content in good level.Since the implementation and development of the learning activity management unit has been defined in stages In the aspect of learning management to meet the needs and consideration of satisfaction in order to be involved in activities organized by focusing on the elderly as important Especially in happy activities Emphasizing the unity of activities To promote and support good emotional health during the participation in activities which are systematic and step by step integration From the body of knowledge with criteria and theories that are conducive to directing the learning unit activities from experts in education directly In addition, the researcher based on the content and organization of mental health promotion as the main information.
The results of learning in organizing activities for facilitating the arrangement of learning units resulted in the achievement in participation affecting the emotional well-being of the elderly when compared between before and after participation. activities Which results of the research show that The elderly had a higher score and significantly different at 0.01.
In addition, the evaluation of learning innovation in satisfaction and participation of the elderly creates new knowledge in the promotion of emotional well-being of the elderly in 3 areas, namely, awareness of the elderly. Can have quality To help promote the elderly with a better quality of life and be able to live happily with others in today's society.
