Knowledge Management of Educational Institutions under Krabi Local Administration Organization

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the level of knowledge management, problems in knowledge management and to bring together knowledge management suggestions for the Krabi local administration organization, Krabi province. The sample group consisted of educational administrators and teachers from the organization, chosen at random from a staff of 174 people. The instrument used for this research was a questionnaire with a morale reliability level of 0.963 to measure knowledge management and to measure problems in knowledge management 0.982. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows:
- Knowledge management performed at a high level especially systemized knowledge management.
- The problems due to knowledge learning being a problem in operation.
- Recommendations: knowledge management of Education Institations under Krabi Local Administration Organization should have a clear vision, mission and strategy.
