Abstract
This purposes of this research were studying the problems of the unmoral students in Matthayomsuksa school, develop the Program of Basic Moral Development, examine the effectiveness of the Program of Basic Moral Development. The subjects were 30 students who studied in Matthayomsuksa 3 in the first semester, in academic year 2556 at Phuengton - eng school. The instruments were the Program of Basic Moral Development for athayomsuksa Students, basic Moral evaluation, Basic Moral Development evaluation,
a questionnaire of satisfaction of the Program, the evaluation of the Program of Basic Moral Development for Mathayomsuksa Students. The data were analyzed by means, percentage, standard deviation and content nalysis. The results of the study revealed that. The students had unmoral 4 parts such as disciplinary, harmony, economize and generously, The Program of Basic Moral Development for Mathayomsuksa Students consisted of principles, objective, explanation, time, contents and evaluation. The efficiency of the Program of Basic Moral Development for Mathayomsuksa Students met the criterion of 79.83/83.25. The significance of the program was at a high level, The effectiveness of the Program of Basic Moral Development. Found that the knowledge of the student about the basic moral 4 parts. Before using the program was at 63.08 and after was at 93.50. The results of the Basic Moral Development evaluation before was at 76.00 and after was at 98.50. And the satisfactions towards the knowledge was at a high level.
