Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the effective leadership factors for administrators of Faculty of Education of Rajabhat University. The qualitative method was used data were collected by studying the document, concepts, theories, related research and also 5 eminent and acknowledged experts were interviewed. Data were analyzed by content analysis, classification categories, interpretation, decoding synthesis and triangulation data checking. The results showed that the main factors have 138 indicators. There are 33 indicators in factor of vision, 20 indicators in human relations, 35 indicators in the learning environment, and 24 indicators in participation with community, 9 indicator in Morality and 17 indicators in social development.
