Online learning and teaching management under social change in the 21st century

Abstract
Thailand has set a target for education to develop the country's human resources to keep up with social changes. In the 21st century, the era of digital society That gives importance to quality human resources and invaluable to the organization progress. To create value for human resources is accepted by the world as education. Because of this, many countries have devised methods for providing the highest quality education. For the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Innovation, the Ministry has adopted laws at the level of Acts, rules, announcements, rules, including the formulation of a national strategic plan for educational institutions to provide education in accordance with the framework for quality education. And the result is in line with the objectives set.
Phuket Rajabhat University is one mechanism that has an obligation to drive the country's expectations. To reach the target set but when the teaching and learning mechanism of Phuket Rajabhat University must change to be in line with the new normal society that requires teachers and students to use the online learning. And acting with a new method but the objective remains the same. Therefore, creating new challenges in creating efficiency and achievement from online learning whether the results can push the expectations of the country's goals or not.
