Influences of Work Factor on Work Stress Affecting Job Performance of Operational Employees in Automotive Parts Manufacturing Industry in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of work factors, work stress and job performance. 2) to study the influence of work factors on work stress. 3) to study the influence of work factors on job performance. The research instruments were questionnaire and the research sample are the operational employees in the Automotive Parts Manufacturing Industry in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate. The data, 400 samples, are collected by stratified sampling and data was analyzed by Percentage, Means, Standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.
The research results found that 1) The levels of work factor and job performance of employees are medium level and work stress of employees is high level. 2) Work factors (Job description, interpersonal relations, and organizational environment structure) had negative influence on work stress. Work development had positive effect on work stress. 3) Work stress (Physical, Psychological, and Behavioral) had negative influence on job performance with statistical significance level at 0.05
