Abstract
หนังสือเล่มนี้เรียบเรียงโดย ดร.คำนาย อภิปรัชญาสกุล ซึ่งระบุว่า หนังสือนี้อยู่ในชุดวิชาที่มุ่งพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ในชุดตำราด้านการค้าปลีกและการค้าสมัยใหม่ทุกรูปแบบ โดยมีเนื้อหาที่มุ่งให้ผู้อ่านได้รับความรู้ความเข้าใจทางด้านกฎหมายที่สำคัญต่อการดำเนินกิจการทางด้านการค้าปลีก มุ่งให้เกิดการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ให้เหมาะสมกับวิชาชีพงานด้านการค้าปลีก เนื่องจากผู้แต่งมีประสบการณ์การทำงานและการมีส่วนร่วมทางวิชาการในวงการการค้าส่ง ค้าปลีกตลอดช่วงเวลามากกว่า 15 ปี จึงเล็งเห็นความสำคัญในการสร้างความต่อเนื่องทางวิชาการทางด้านวิชาชีพเฉพาะด้านการค้าปลีก
