Telemedicine on application and the new normal after COVID-19 with communication theoretical perspective

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused changes lead to a new normal in all sectors of society. Integrating problem solving by bringing communication technology to adapt to further apply for lead to the creation of innovations or modern strategies with telemedicine through the application, meet the doctor. To be applied in the initial diagnosis of medical personnel from talking and interacting with patients via video calling system. Resulting in the utilization and integration of communication dimensions leading to the new normal which can support the world of digital technology driven by using communication technology for the maximum benefit.
A social phenomenon during the Covid-19 pandemic that applied communication technology to the medical field is leading to a new normal in the communication of society. This can be explained by the theory of journalism, Miller (2002) the three perspectives of communication theories, which consists of: 1. Post-revolutionary perspective on Information seeking and uses and gratifications of media. 2. Interpretive perspectives on Phenomenological method and symbolic interactionism. 3.Critical perspectives on cultural studies and communication technology determinism to leading to management and solving problems in the crisis that humanity is facing today. Turning obstacles into challenges, change the way of life of the people in society that will lead to the new normal with a view to applying the theory of journalism to have concrete results.
