Factors affecting effectiveness of private elementary school in Krabi province

Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of the factors affecting effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi Province 2) to study the level of the effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi 3) to study the factors affecting effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi Province. The sample groups were 26 administrators and 215 teachers, all total 241 people. The instrument used for collecting data for this research was a questionnaire with content related to various factors and questionnaires about the effectiveness of private elementary schools according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers. The questionnaire about the factors of elementary school private schools in Krabi province with the reliability of .98 and the questionnaire about the effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi province with the reliability of .92. The statistics used for data analysis were mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), The analysis for finding factors that affect the effectiveness of private elementary schools by using Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis using Stepwise method.
The research found that:
1. The level of the factors affecting effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi Province. The factors relating to the administrators overall were at a high level ( = 4.40) and when considered by each aspect was found that the factors relating to the administrators of the administrative behavior (academic leadership) was at a high level (
= 4.50). The factors related to the teachers overall was at a high level (
= 4.42) and when considered individually was found that the factors related to the teachers about the characteristics of teachers were at a high level (
= 4.44). The factors related to all of the students was at a high level (
= 4.06). and when considered individually, it was found that the factors related to students in the level of parents' learning promotion is at a high level (
= 4.10).
2. The effectiveness level of private elementary schools in elementary schools in Krabi province overall was at a high level ( = 4.30). When considering each aspect, it was found that the problems within the school were at a high level (
= 4.50).
3. The factors affecting effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi province in 4 aspects were affecting effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi with a statistical significance at the level of 0.01, sorted by priority on the promotion of learning by parents (), in the aspect of learning behavior (
), in the executive decision (
), and the academic leadership of the executives (
) with the decision coefficient (R Square) equal to 0.745, indicating that the factors affecting effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi were the promotion of parents' learning, the learning behavior administrative decision and the academic leadership of the administrators could be predicted the effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi province equal to 74.50 percent, with the prediction equation formulas of the factors that affect effectiveness of private elementary schools in Krabi are as follows:
