Effects of Instructional Management by Web-Based Instruction during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to develop of Web-Based Instruction learning lesson in mathematic titled the exponential for grade 7 students and 2) to compare learning of grade 7 students before and after learning with the Web-Based Instruction learning lesson. The sample consisted of 40 students in grade 7, in the first semester academic year 2021, Chaiyaphum Bhakdeechumphon School, Mueang Chaiyuphum district, Chaiyaphum province. They were selected by cluster random sampling. The research tools consisted of 1) Web-Based Instruction learning on the exponent for grade 7 students, 2) lesson plans based on the Web-Based Instruction and 3) learning achievement test. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples.
The results of the research were: 1) the efficiency of development of Web-Based Instruction for grade 7 students were 79.65/80.25 which passed the set criteria of 75/75 and 2) the students' learning achievement after learning with the developed Web-Based Instruction was higher than that of before at the statistically significant level of .05.
