Antecedents and consequences of tourist satisfaction in communities tourism, Songkhla Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the antecedents and consequences of tourist satisfaction in community tourism in Songkhla province. The subjects of the study were composed of 400 Thai tourists who visited communities in Songkhla province by using accidental sampling. This study presents a tourist satisfaction model and explores the antecedents and consequences of tourist satisfaction including destination image, experience tourism, perceived value, tourist trust, and tourist loyalty. Structural equation modeling results supported the tourist satisfaction model of destination image, experience tourism, and perceived value as antecedents of tourist satisfaction, whereas the consequences of tourist satisfaction included tourist trust and tourist loyalty.
