Key Executive’s Features of Present Educational Institutions

Abstract

This article aims to present the key executive’s features of educational institutions in present times which information technology affects changes in all parts, especially, in education. As executives of educational institution that is critical to the growth and the decline of education institution, executives have to change and develop themselves to be ready to manage and solve the problems in the changing world. The key executive features of educational institutions should include 4 things: the vision of Thai education, appropriate characteristics, suitable roles and skills, and ethics.
