Factors Affecting the Performance of the Supporting –Line Personnel in Department of Highways, Ministry of Transport

This research article is for 3 parts as follows: personal data, factors affecting the effectiveness in job performance. Population are government officials, government employees and Permanent Employees of Department of Highways and 280 people have been chosen as samples for this research. The data collection was carried out by questionnaires and the collected data were later analyzed by using percentage statistic, mean, and standard deviation and show the results of the relationship by Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient for hypothesis testing. The research findings show that 1) motivations highly affect the performance of the supporting–line personnel in Department of Highways with mean at 4.01 2) the motivation factors that affect the performance of the supporting–line personnel in Department of Highways have positive relationship in high level at 0.658 with 0.05 level of significance
