A Study of Factors Affecting Logistics Operation Management of Businesses in Chonburi Province

The objective of this research is to study the factors affecting the management and operational logistics of businesses in Chonburi province. The study population includes high, middle, and lower level logistics managers of businesses in Chonburi province, totaling 278,880 people. The sample group consists of 400 logistics management personnel, including high, middle, and lower-level managers, randomly selected. The data collection tools used in this research are questionnaires and statistical methods, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The overall research findings indicate that the average values are high, with the highest average value being 4.16 for logistics planning, followed by 4.01 for evaluation, 3.91 for logistics operations, 3.82 for operational management, 3.81 for problem-solving and obstacles management, and 3.73. The hypothesis-based research found that logistics planning logistics operations logistics control logistics evaluation The management of barriers affects the approach to management of operations. In terms of managing problems and obstacles can predict 95 percent, which is the most of each side. Findings in this research business operator must pay attention to management organizational development in planning, operation, evaluation and control by communicating, understanding, and making announcements to employees on a regular basis.
