THE LESSON LEARNED FROM IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL INTEGRITY PLAN UNDER THE PRACTICE OF MORAL ASSEMBLY

The Lesson Learned from Implementation of National Integrity Plan of Associative Networks under the Practice of Moral Assembly in the Fiscal Year 2014 aimed 1) to assess process and success of National Integrity Plan A.D 2014-2016 of 26 organizations, 2) to evaluate 7 networking groups’ activities of National Integrity Plan A.D.2014-2016, and 3) to find out opinions and satisfaction of provincial participants of Moral Assembly,the fiscal year 2014. This research was a mixed methods approaches, qualitative and quantitative approaches. The population of this study consisted of 26 organizations, 7 networking groups and provincial and provincialparticipantsof Moral Assembly, 12 provinces and 4 parts. The instruments included the interview, project reports, observation and questionnaires used for participants.
The results showed as followed:
1) There were 22 organizations that used the National Integrity Plan to lead their projects. Some of them had their own moral mission and strategies. They also promoted the integrity both inside and outside organizations, and totally succeed. Besides, most of organizations have planned to promote it through new targeted groups, especially childe and youth. However, 4 organizations could not use the plan.
2)The results of evaluated 7 networking groups’ activities based onNational Integrity Plan A.D.2014-2016, i.e., educational group, media group, religiousgroup, community group, business group, public group and political group, found that all networks process based on the strategies in the National Integrity Plan.
3)The results ofopinions and satisfied of provincial participants ofMoral Assembly,the fiscal year 2014, found that overall mean score both 12 provinces, and the 4 parts were at high level ( X= 3.94 and 3.86 respectively)
In conclusion, the implementation of National Integrity Plan A.D. 2014-2016 of Associative Networks under the Practice of Moral Assembly in the Fiscal Year 2014, moderately success, considered from most networks used the plan to promote integrity through various activities. However, some issues could not be implied because of the limitation in some network and budget.
