THE MODEL OF RISK MANAGEMENT ON THE ACADEMIC WORK OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS UNDER THE PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION

Abstract

This Research aims were 1) to study the academic scope and the factors of academic risk under the provincial administration and 2) to present model of the risk management on the academic work in the secondary schools. The research has two steps: 1) synthetics of academic scope and factors of academic risk in secondary schools under the provincial administration organization and 2) The approach presentation of the academic risk management in the secondary schools by focus group discussion with 10 resources persons. The tools were focus group discussion, recorded form and test form. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, mean and standard deviation

The result revealed that 1) The academic scope of schools under the provincial administration organization e.g.the seven academic areas and the five factors of risk management and 2) the risk management approach on the academic work in the secondary schools under the provincial administration organization as system that SIPOC Model which consist of five areas: 1. The delivery of inputs (Supplier: S) 2. The input (I) 3. The process (P) 4. Output (O) and 5. Customer (C)
