INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP FACTORS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF PRIVATE SCHOOL TEACHERS UNDER THE FOUNDATION OF THE CHURCH OF CHRIST IN THAILAND

The purpose of this research were to study the level of instructional leadership of school administrators, to study the level of quality of learning management of private school teachers, to study relationships between factors of instructional leadership of school administrators and the quality of learning management of private school teachers and to analyze factors of instructional leadership of school administrators can predict the quality of learning management of private school teachers. The sample consisted of 335 teachers and school administrators from 25 schools under the foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand by simple random sampling. A 5-level rating scale questionnaire and interview were used to collect data. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. The results of this research show that: 1) The instructional leadership of school administrators in average were mostlythigh level. When considered individual aspects of instructional leadership, listed in descending order of mean as follow: The vision, purpose and task of school was at the highest level and supervision of teacher performance was at the lowest level. 2) The quality of learning management of private school teachers in average were mostly at high level. When considered individual aspects of quality of learning management, listed in descending order of mean as follow: The planning and organizing learning activities were at the highest level and the research study to solving and developing the learner‘s potential were at the lowest level. 3) The instructional leadership of school administrators and the quality of learning management teacher has the high level of relationships (r =.722) at .05 level of significance. 4) The set of factors of instructional leadership can predict the quality of learning management of private school teachers at 61.30 percent.
