ผลกระทบตัวแปรคั้นกลางของการมุ่งเน้นความเป็นผู้ประกอบการต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ บรรยากาศองค์กร และผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กร

บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และบรรยากาศองค์กรต่อและการมุ่งเน้นความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 345 คน การทดสอบสมมติฐานได้ดำเนินการผ่านการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่ายและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และบรรยากาศองค์กรส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กร แต่ไม่มีผลกระทบเมื่อเพิ่มการมุ่งเน้นความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลาง ผลลัพธ์แสดงให้เห็นถึงอิทธิพลที่สำคัญของการมุ่งเน้นความผู้ประกอบการต่อผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กร ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นประโยชน์สำหรับนักวิชาการและผู้ประกอบการที่เป็นความรู้พื้นฐานในการพัฒนาความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ บรรยากาศองค์กรและการมุ่งเน้นความผู้ประกอบการของบุคลากรทุกคนในองค์กรให้มีการแข่งขันและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
