A SUBSTANTIVE ELEMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL OF NON-FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION CENTERS IN BANGKOK METROPOLIS

The research purposes were: 1. to systematically analyze Non-formal and Informal Education Centers (NFE) in Bangkok Metropolis in terms of context, input, process, product, output and outcome; 2. to analysis Substantive Elements for Administrative model of Non-formal and Informal Education Center in relevant to the matter in (1) Population as a sample of the study included 50 administrators and 200 teachers from fifty Centers; one Center /four ones. The research instruments used were questionnaires and interview schedules on Organization Element Model developed by the researcher. Data collecting and processing were done. Frequency, percentage,μ,σ were used for descriptive analysis. Standardized Coefficient (β) from multiple recession analysis was used as Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Moreover 3 highest ranking Centers case study and Focus Group Discussion Techniques were utilized.
The results of the study were three parts. Part one showed the empirical study that all the organization elements of Non-formal and Informal Education Centers were rated as high level and confirmed by using CFA.
Part two explained the in -depth case study in three NFE confirming the result of descriptive statistic Analysis in Part 1. Apart from this, Focus Group Discussion Technique by a group of Non-formal and Informal Education Centers specialists also agreed on the proposed Administrative model of Non-formal and Informal Education Centers
