ความสำคัญของสภาพแวดล้อมทางการแข่งขันต่อผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงิน

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อตรวจสอบผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจตัวแทนด้านการท่องเที่ยวของไต้หวัน โดยใช้ตัวแบบแนวคิดทางการตลาด การศึกษาตรวจสอบผลกระทบของแนวคิดทางการตลาดและผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงิน และระบุความสำคัญของสภาพแวดล้อมทางการแข่งขันในเชิงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแนวคิดทางด้านการตลาดและผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงิน การศึกษาควบคุมปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกทางการแข่งขัน และใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยระดับปานกลางสำหรับวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบงานวิจัย ผลการวิจัยเผยให้เห็นว่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแนวคิดทางการตลาด และผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงินขึ้นอยู่กับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีของสภาพแวดล้อมทางการแข่งขัน ข้อเสนอแนะจากงานวิจัยคือ ธุรกิจตัวแทนด้านการท่องเที่ยวอาจปรับปรุงความได้เปรียบเชิงการแข่งขันให้เหนือกว่าคู่แข่งขันโดยนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่ล่าสุดเข้าไปใช้ในองค์กร
