Relationship Between Motivation and Quality of Work Life of Personnel under the General Administration Branch, Medium Scale Water Resources Development Division, Royal Irrigation Department

Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) the level of quality of working life of personnel under the General Administration of the Medium Water Resources Development Division, Department of Irrigation, and 2) the relationship between motivation and the quality of work life of personnel in the general management division, Medium Water Resources Development Division, Royal Irrigation Department. The quantitative research used a questionnaire, and the research sample consisted of 466 persons under the General Administration Branch, Medium Scale Water Resources Development Division, Royal Irrigation Department. The sampling techniques included cluster sampling, quota sampling, and purposive sampling. The statistics used included mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. Research findings were as follows: 1) The quality level of working life of personnel under the general administration department, Medium-sized Water Resources Development Division, Royal Irrigation Department, is high. When it comes to an individual component, social integration comes first, followed by, the total life space, social relevance, constitutionalism, development of human capacities, safe and healthy environment, growth and security, and adequate and fair compensation, respectively, and 2) Motivation included the work itself, supervision, job security, and working conditions related to the quality of working life of personnel under the general administration department, Medium Water Resources Development Division, Royal Irrigation Department, at a 0.05 statistical significance level.
