Abstract
BDSM presents a variety of sexual relationships between people having agreement. These relationships are related to acceptance of affliction and power establishment of superior actors. Based on the acceptance agreed with safety, there are questions towards legal enforcement of contract or exclusion of liability of acceptance in case of activities causing painful or death.
