บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยในการทำงาน ความเครียดในการทำงาน และผลการปฏิบัติงาน 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียดในการทำงาน 3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของความเครียดในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแหลมฉบัง จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยในการทำงานและผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานระดับปานกลาง ส่วนความเครียดในการทำงานของพนักงานมีความเครียดในการทำงานระดับสูง 2) ปัจจัยในการทำงาน (ด้านลักษณะงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ด้านโครงสร้างและสภาพแวดล้อมขององค์การ) ส่งผลเชิงลบต่อความเครียดในการทำงาน ส่วนด้านการพัฒนาอาชีพการงานส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความเครียดในการทำงาน 3) ความเครียดในการทำงาน (ด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ และด้านพฤติกรรม) ส่งผลเชิงลบต่อผลการปฏิบัติงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
