บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 26 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 215 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 241 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลสำหรับการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยด้านต่าง ๆ และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครู ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่เท่ากับ .98 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่เท่ากับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( $gif.latex?x\bar{}$ ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาโดยใช้ การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression) โดยใช้วิธีการ Stepwise
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับผู้บริหารโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $gif.latex?x\bar{}$ = 4.40) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับผู้บริหาร ด้านพฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหาร (การเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการ) อยู่ในระดับมาก ( $gif.latex?x\bar{}$ = 4.50) ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $gif.latex?x\bar{}$ = 4.42) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับครู ด้านคุณลักษณะของครูอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $gif.latex?x\bar{}$ ) = 4.44) ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับนักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $gif.latex?x\bar{}$ ) = 4.06) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับนักเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนของผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดับมาก ((x ) ̅ = 4.10)
2. ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $gif.latex?x\bar{}$ = 4.30) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า การแก้ปัญหาภายในโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $gif.latex?x\bar{}$ = 4.50)
3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ทั้ง 4 ด้านส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เรียงตามลำดับความสำคัญ ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนของผู้ปกครอง ( $gif.latex?x_{8}$ ) ด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียน ( $gif.latex?x_{7}$ ) ด้านการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร ( $gif.latex?x_{2}$ ) และด้านการเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร ( $gif.latex?x^{_{4}}$ ) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การตัดสินใจ (R Square) เท่ากับ 0.745 แสดงว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนของผู้ปกครอง ด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียน ด้านการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร และด้านการเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร สามารถทำนายประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ได้ร้อยละ 74.50 โดยมีสมการทำนายปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่ ดังนี้
