การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะดิจิทัลของกำลังพล กรมการทหารสื่อสาร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะดิจิทัลของกำลังพล กรมการทหารสื่อสาร 2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะดิจิทัลของกำลังพล กรมการทหารสื่อสาร และ 3) ศึกษาระดับทักษะดิจิทัลของกำลังพล กรมการทหารสื่อสาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยกำลังพล กรมการทหารสื่อสาร จำนวน 407 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบวัด 1 ฉบับ แบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่สอง และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะดิจิทัลของกำลังพล กรมการทหารสื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ 28 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 มี 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 มี 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 3 มี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 4 มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ องค์ประกอบที่ 5 มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) ตัวบ่งชี้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพ ดังต่อไปนี้ 2.1) ความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา พบว่า ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.80-1.00 2.2) อำนาจจำแนกของตัวบ่งชี้ จากการคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนรายข้อกับคะแนนรวมทั้งฉบับ มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.60–0.89 2.3) ความเที่ยงของตัวบ่งชี้ ในภาพรวม 28 ตัวบ่งชี้ มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.97 2.4) ความตรงตามโครงสร้างของตัวบ่งชี้ โดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า โครงสร้างของตัวบ่งชี้มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยค่าไคสแควร์ มีค่าเท่ากับ 323.15; df=327; p-value=0.55; GFI=0.94; AGFI=0.92; CFI=1.00; SRMR=0.03; RMSEA=0.00 และ 3) ผลการศึกษาระดับทักษะดิจิทัลของกำลังพล กรมการทหารสื่อสาร พบว่า กำลังพล กรมการทหารสื่อสารส่วนใหญ่มีทักษะดิจิทัลในภาพรวมและในทุกองค์ประกอบของทักษะดิจิทัล อยู่ในระดับดีมาก
