Web Page Development for Learning in Information Technology and Communication for the Occupation and Technology of Students in Secondary School Level 1 of Bangneaw Municipal School, Phuket Province

Abstract
The purposes of this study are to develop an educational webpage to have effectiveness on the criteria 80/80 to compare the pretest and posttest achievement on learning with webpage in the working career and technology field and, to study the attitude towards them. The sample of this research was 47 Secondary level 1 students of section 1 of Bangneaw Municipal School. Data was gathered in the second semester of school year 2011. Samples were selected randomly using classroom as sampling unit. The instruments used consisted of 1) learning thru a Webpage lesson 2) an achievement test with multiple choices and 3) an attitude test by Likert Rating Scales with 10 items.
The data was analyzed by a program to calculate mean ( ) percentage, standard deviation values, and t-test
The results of the study are following as :
- The efficiency of the lesson on Webpage learning on information technology and communication of Secondary level 1 students of section 1 had the effectiveness at 80.11/84.68 which was on the efficient higher than selected standard criterion of 80/80
- The students’ posttest result was higher than the pretest result with statistically significant difference at the .05 level
- The attitude of students who have learnt by using the Webpage lesson had an average of ( ) = 4.13
