Abstract

The purpose of this research was to 1) study Job involvement, Job satisfaction, and Job performance of leather and footwear workers in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province, 2) Study job satisfaction as a factor in the link between job commitment anc job performance of leather and footwear workers in Sriracha, Chonburi Province. The sample used in this study was leather and footwear workers in Sriracha Chonburi Province Total 3,015 people. Statistics used in this research are analysis of structural equation model with PLS Graph 3.0 program.
The study indicated that engagement in the job satisfaction and the performance of the employees was at a high level. The results of the structural equation analysis that influenced the performance of the employees found that job satisfaction was a significant factor in the link between job involvement. The performance of employees has an impact on the leather and footwear industry in Sriracha Chonburi Province.
