Factors Affecting the Implementation of Old-Aged Allowances of Muang Pathumthani Province

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) factors affecting the implementation of Old-Aged Allowances of Muang Pathumthani Province. 2) effectiveness the implementation of Old-Aged Allowances of Muang Pathumthani Province. Research and development methodology were mixed methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The research instrument was questionnaire. Data were analyzed by content analysis. In quantitative research sample were 396 old aged. Randomly selected via Yamane. The data were analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
It was found from the study that:
1) Overall factors affecting the implementation of old-aged Allowances of Muang Pathumthani Province, was at a moderate level. Individually it would be ranked from high to low as follows: objectives and standard of policies, qualification of the officials, communications and implementation, socioeconomic social and political conditions was at the lowest level.
2) Overall effectiveness the implementation of old-aged allowances of Muang Pathumthani Province, was at a high level. Individually that better quality of old-aged was at a high level and the better economic of old -aged factor was at a lowest level. Factors affecting the implementation of old-aged allowances of Muang Pathumthani Province. As regards to factors affecting the implementation of old-aged allowances of Muang Pathumthani Province as hypothesized , they could be used as predictors affecting the implementation of old-aged allowances of Muang Pathumthani Province consisted of objectives and standard of policies, qualification of the officials, communication and implementation, economic social and political conditions as with a predictor with a confidence of 72.89 % (R2= 0.729 )
