Abstract

The purposes of this research were to  study  Quality of service Civil Department of

Samples Civil servants 383 people in Bangkok The tools used questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, one way ANOVA (F-test)  and post hoc comparisons with Scheffe’s
