Abstract

   This article aims to synthesize Concept of product brand value development in the dimension of responding to customer needs participation to create and customer experience management to create competitive advantages in the same production line using the synthesis of theory and related research. It was developed to be a concept that consists of various factors, namely customer engagement. Customer Experience Management Customer cooperation management and customer satisfaction which leads to the development of brand values There are 5 main components of the brand namely brand awareness. perceived quality brand group brand image and brand loyalty to develop the brand value to be successful. Business organizations must take into account 3 main factors, namely, the participation of customers. Customer Experience Management and managing cooperation with customers This research concept has an influence that can be used to promote and develop brand values in the dimension of meeting customer needs to create competitive advantages in the same production line.
