พฤติกรรมการใช้และการประเมินเว็บไซต์ของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้ของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการประเมินเว็บไซต์ของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการประเมินเว็บไซต์ของนิสิติระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ จำแนกตามกลุ่มสาขา กลุ่มตัวอย่างวิจัย คือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง ชั้นปีที่ 4และสูงกว่าของมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขน จำนวน 394 คน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการใช้เว็บไซต์ของนิสิตส่วนใหญ่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสืบค้นข้อมูลช่วงเวลาที่ใช้ 20.01-24.00 น. มีความถี่ในการใช้มากกว่า 4 ชั่วโมง/สัปดาห์ ประสบกาณ์ในการใช้ มากกว่า5 ปีขึ้นไป โดยสืบค้นจากที่บ้าน/หอพัก ใช้โทรศัพท์ Smart Phone และสืบค้นจาก Google 2) พฤติกรรมการประเมินเว็บไซต์ของนิสิตในอยู่ระดับมาก ได้แก่ นิสิตเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์โดยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหาในระดับมากสืบค้นเว็บไซต์จากคำสำคัญ ประเมินคุณภาพของเว็บไซต์จากความสามารถในเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลและสารสนเทศภายในเว็บไซต์ได้อย่างสะดวกและเข้าใจง่าย และประเมินเนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์จากความทันสมัย และ3) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการประเมินเว็บไซต์โดยรวม พบว่า พฤติกรรมการประเมินเว็บไซต์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยกว่าสาขาสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์
