LEGAL PROBLEM CONCERNING THE USING OF MOBILE PHONE WHILE DRIVING

The law concerning traffic has been developed for the safety of driver or road users in order to support public interest. However, there is legal problem of using a mobile phone while driving at all events including the using of navigator application or map navigator. It holds that there is guilty and lead to dangerous for driving. This article has analysis the perspective of public law, criminal law and civil law for each issue by bring many principle to analyze as well as compare with using a mobile phone while driving in foreign country.
